To make this Policy easy to find, we make it available on the homepage of this Website, and at every point on our Website where personally identifiable information may be requested.

Our Policy is designed to inform you of the types of information we collect, how we use that information, and the circumstances under which we will share it with nonaffiliated third parties.

The Remnant Ministry is the sole owner of the website domain and the information collected on our website https://theremnantministrytx.org.

The Remnant Ministry has a worldwide unlimited royalty free license to use this Website https://projectarchimedes.org from this Website’s domain owner, Vaxxchoice, Ltd., a Bahamian company.   The Remnant Ministry is the sole owner of the information collected on this Website https://projectarchimedes.org.

We will not sell, share, or rent information collected on this Website to others in ways differently than we have disclosed in this Policy.

If you are based in the European Union (“EU”), European Economic Area (“EEA”), or the United Kingdom (“UK”), you can locate information about your data subject rights in the GDPR and UK GDPR Privacy Notice section of this Policy.  You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”) located in the member state in which you reside for purposes of EU/EEA resident data protection issues and with the UK supervisory authority for purposes of UK residents’ data protection issues (ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the relevant ICO, please contact us first. 

Eligibility

We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13 (16 in the EU/EEA/UK).  If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please email us at privacy@projectarchimedes.org.

Please be advised that any opt out rights described below will not apply with the sharing of information necessary for us to process your registration, such as with consumer reporting agencies, or to perform services that you request.

Payment

We request information from you when you make payments with the payment processing interfaces. Here you must provide contact information (such as name and address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing a payment, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on your computer or other Internet-connected device containing information about you. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on this Website.  Once you close your browser, the cookie simply terminates.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer this Website, track your movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing

We partner and affiliate with other parties to provide specific professional services, such as legal services. We will share information provided in response to the Join the Movement Against 5G Survey with those party(ies) as and when necessary to provide professional services. These parties are not allowed to use nonpublic personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing those services. We do not otherwise disclose nonpublic information to anyone, except as permitted by law.

This Website contain links to other websites, such as third party payment processors. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites. We encourage you to be aware when they leave this Website and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

This Policy applies solely to information collected by this Website.  

Website operators may be subject to the US FTC’s privacy regulations and if so, (i) the US FTC’s regulations contain sample disclosures that website operators may consider; and (ii) website operators may be required to send annual notices in addition to initial disclosures to you.

Security

This Website takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via this Website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When you are asked to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption software.

While on a secure page, such as the Join Our Movement Against 5G Survey, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just “surfing.”  

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect you off-line.  All of your information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.  Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information.  Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected.

Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked door, or cage.

Site and Service Updates

We also send you updates about this Website and service announcements.  We may close your account and/or refuse additional services if you unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service.  We communicate with you to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email, fax, or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information

If your nonpublic personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer desire to be included in Project Archimedes, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, or remove your personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by calling our headquarters at (214) 356-5795 or by emailing our Customer Support Department at info@remnantministrytx.org for more instructions.

Opt-out requirements

As provided in this Policy, we only provide your nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party in conjunction with professional services that we deem in our sole discretion are necessary to further the goals of Project Archimedes. All nonaffiliated third parties to whom we disclose your nonpublic personal information are contractually prohibited by us to disclose or use the information other than to carry out the transactions that we have requested.  Accordingly, there is nothing for you to opt out of with respect to how we currently use your non-public personal information.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our Policy, we will post those changes on this Website so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it.  

If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you by way of an email or US mailing so as to enable you to “opt-out” if we use your information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the Policy under which the information was collected.

GDPR and UK GDPR Privacy Notice

The GDPR and UK GDPR Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy and applies solely to you if you reside in the European Economic Area and/or the United Kingdom. 

The Data We Collect About You

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you, which we have grouped together as follows:

• Identity Data includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth and gender.
• Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
• Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.
• Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

If You Fail to Provide Personal Data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Please note that we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us, and you access our Website and provide us with your information at your own risk.

Data Retention

How long will you use my personal data?

Your Legal Rights
